repair station for Viscom AOI
The identification and verification of defects in manufacture and assembly of
SMD components are critical steps in the production process of electronic
boards.
The AOI
current utilities have powerful quality management. But they only indicate the
fault that has been double checked by an operator.
The control procedure is the usual repair station offering the AOI generally a
basic image, the higher the magnifying glass and microscope.
VINCAM The verification system opens a new avenue for identifying defects seen
by the AOI.
Vincam in line system, includes an integrated digital microscope with zoom on a
system of axes.
To facilitate the operator work and avoid false judgments, the image
presentation defects is fully programmable in position and zoom.
