TWS AUTOMATION OV13xx, a range of small and high performance ovens, dedicated to the production of SMD prototype boards, small and medium series.

With a heating zone length of 1000 mm or 2000 mm, the TWS OV1150 and OV1385 hot air convection reflow ovens are ideally suited for the soldering of small and medium-sized board series.
The machines are characterized by an attractive design and a concept for excellent soldering results.
The TWS ovens are suitable for single and double-sided reflow processes in high-temperature reflow of all types of lead-free alloys, for curing adhesives and for underfills.
Electronic temperature control allows for degree accuracy.
Numerous features are included as standard, such as program memory for displaying the various set points, real-time temperature display on the LCD screen, temperature profiler with 4 thermocouples for taking the actual temperature on the board, as well as a window for viewing the soldering process in the reflow chamber.
The boards are transported by a metal mesh belt and an optional chain conveyor for in-line furnace integration.
These are high quality furnaces with minimal energy consumption (less than 6KW in the control phase).
