Automatic solder tin wire feeder

Automatic Solder Tin Wire Feeder LV02

This unit must mounted in a special machine in order to automatically realize tin soldering points,
or to make the complement in a tin solder bath.
The apparatus is equipped with sensors for checking the advance of the wire, and an end of tin coil detector.
The wire feeding command is a contact controlled by an external PLC.
The wire feeding speed is adjustable.
The length of the guide wire is 1m in standard, or any other dimension on request.
Solder wire diameter available : 0.5 / 0.75 / 1.0 and 1.5 mm

Manual solder wire feeder LV-02 :

The end of the tube is clamped on the solder iron.
This is the first step to an automation of manual soldering to make repetable volume in jolder joint.
The wire feeding is controlled by a small button placed on the clamp.
The wire feeding speed is adjustable.
The duration of wire feeding is adjustable.

Solder wire diameter of 0.7 / 1.0 and 1.5 mm

SSB, the integrated soldering unit that will increase the efficiency of manual soldering work.
The handle of the soldering iron can be equipped with an automatic wire feed mechanism.
Thus, soldering can be done with only one hand and will increase the efficiency of manual soldering work.
The length of the soldering wire feed is controlled by a timer which always guarantees the same amount of wire for soldering.
There are two options of iron units:
The type of gun or the type of iron handle.
There is a wide range of iron tips with different shapes and dimensions.
You can also use welding wire up to a diameter of 2mm.
