These ovens are designed for solder paste reflow.
The reflow ovens are compatible with ROHS lead-free technologies.
These vapour phase reflow ovens have a minimal footprint and are easy to use, making them ideal for use in laboratories, design offices and production centres.
Tabletop condensing ovens are designed for use by laboratories, development offices and manufacturers of prototypes and small series of boards.
All components and carriers, including QFPs, BGAs, Flip-Chips etc. and hybrids, are soldered flawlessly with optimum solder quality.
Thanks to their small footprint, condensing ovens can be used in any location.
Set-up is quick and easy.
The temperature is defined by the choice of GALDEN liquid: 200 215 230 240 260°C
Galden 200 is recommended for lead alloys.
Galden 230 is recommended for most lead-free alloys.
The average consumption of Galden is approximately 0.005 litre/cycle.
