High precision machine

Machine dedicated to prototyping and small series of SMD electronic boards.
The machine's gantry is equipped with XY axes with ball screws to ensure better repeatability.
A camera on the head allows the teaching of pick and place points as well as the pick up of the board.
Fly-By alignment : 2 fixed HD cameras are dedicated to the recentering of components.

EZ axis sensor.
The machine can accept up to 99 tape feeders.
Placement up to 0201, 24x24mm integrated circuits (30x30mm as an option) with a pitch of 0.45 mm
