VP2800HP CL22 : PICK AND PLACE FOR PROTOTYPING AND SMD SMALL VOLUME

Pick and place robot for electronic board prototyping

VP2800HP CL22 with 2 or 4 heads "Full vision"
Machine dedicated to prototyping and small series of SMD electronic boards.

The machine's gantry is equipped with XY axes with ball screws to ensure better repeatability.
A camera on the head allows the teaching of pick and place points as well as the pick up of the board.
Two fixed cameras are dedicated to the recentering of components.
The machine can accept up to 73 tape feeders.
Placement up to 0201, 24 x 24 mm integrated circuits with a pitch of 0.45 mm
